abgespaltene oder ausgegliederte Unternehmen Explanation: Dieser Begriff wird meist verwendet, wenn ein Unternehmen im Rahmen einer Verkaufstransaktion aufgespalten wird. Das ehemalige Gesamtunternehmen wird in einen Teil mit verbleibendem Kerngeschäft oder Kernkompetenzen und einen Teil für die Verkaufstransaktion aufgeteilt. Der verkaufte Teil wird dann als abgespaltenes oder ausgegliedertes Unternehmen bezeichnet. Hier in der Mehrzahl, da die Mehrzahl angefragt war.
