Título de propiedad notarial Explanation: El Título de Propiedad, según su origen, puede ser: a) Notarial (si su escritura fue realizada por un Escribano. Ej. compraventa; donación, dación en pago, etc.). O bien: b) Judicial (El testimonio fue expedido por un juzgado. Ej. Testamento, Declaratoria de Herederos, Subasta Judicial, etc.). Como en tu caso menciona la intervención de un escribano (notaire), me vuelco a la primera opción.
