In this Power of Attorney agreement I see the following phrase:

"pagar e quitar saldos de contas, preços de obras, faturas, despesas e encargos quaisquer, e, em geral, todas as importâncias de principal, juros e acessórios que o outorgante pode ou poderá dever a qualquer título..."
