Spanish to English translations [PRO]
Medical - Medical (general) / physical examination
Spanish term or phrase: ryr
This is in a patient's hospital progress notes, in the first physical examination report:

Exploración
Consciente, orientado,colaborador, etc.
-AC: ryr

Since we're talking about Auscultación Cardíaca, I'm assuming that this is "ritmico y regular" (or "ritmicos y regulares") = "regular rate and rhythm" ... but I don't find this little acronym anywhere in KudoZ or Cosnautas, and haven't been able to find it online in this context.

Someone please confirm my guess or solve this little mystery for me.

Thanks in advance.
