Programmaverantwoordelijke
De tijd die een programmaverantwoordelijke kwijt is aan het vervullen van PV-taken zal per week wisselen. Gemiddeld genomen zal het gaan om circa 2 tot 3 uur per week, dit is afhankelijk van de hoeveelheid begeleidingsuren die aangeboden moeten worden en of een deel van de PR-taken ook worden uitgevoerd door de teamleider.
Kosten
Aangezien de ARopMaatAV aangeboden zal worden door instellingen die de kosten kunnen declareren bij zorgverzekeraars / justitie en gemeenten, zal het vooral gaan om opleidings- en begeleidingskosten. Daarnaast dient er rekening gehouden te worden met de kosten voor de aanschaf van de modules, de meetinstrumenten, materiaal (tablets) en de investering in scholing. Het kost een instelling 2000 euro exclusief btw) per opleidingsdag als zij een groep (maximaal 10 tot 12) behandelaren laten opleiden in de AR op Maat. Hierbij wordt ervan uitgegaan dat de opleiding door twee trainers wordt aangeboden. Reguliere opleiding is drie dagen, de kosten bedragen dan 6000 euro, exclusief btw., voor 12 deelnemers. Als het om kleinere groepen gaat kan er ook met één opleider worden gewerkt (kosten: 1000 euro, exclusief btw. per trainingsdag).

Program Manager
The time a Program Manager spends per week on completing Program Manager Duties (“PV Tasks”) will change on each week. On average, it will take approximately 2 to 3 hours a week, depending on the amount of hours that need to be spent on offering guidance and whether a part of the PR tasks will be carried out by the team leader.
Costs
The costs mainly involve education and training as Personalised Aggression Regulation Training (“ARopMaat”) will be offered by institutions that are financially supported by health insurers / justice and municipalities. Additionally, the purchase costs of modules, measuring instruments, materials (tablets) and the actual investment in education should be taken into account. The Personalised Aggression Regulation Training (“ARopMaat”) costs for an institution are 2000 euros (excl. VAT) per training day when training a group (maximum 10 to 12) of practitioners. This is based on the assumption that two trainers conduct the training. This regular training for 12 participants takes three days and costs 6000 euros (excl. VAT). One trainer will train smaller groups, which costs 1000 euros (excl. VAT) per training day.

First of all - thank you so much for checking out my profile. I hope that when you have reached the end of this introductionary text, you'll have found the freelancer you are looking for! I am a 36-year-old bilingual English/Dutch speaker, born and raised in The Netherlands, currently living in Australia and pursuing to set up my online language start-up. Over the past 3 years, I have gained the necessary experience and skills to be identified as a Dutch language and education specialist, working for a global organisation, which provides quality Dutch mother tongue education for students living abroad. I have a teaching degree in modern foreign languages, specialising in French and German, from a British university. Additionally, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications. For the past 10 years I have been living abroad: 6 years in the UK and 4 years in Australia.
As for my translation work - both my Dutch and English are impeccable; I possess great grammar, an extensive vocabulary and use perfect punctuation. I am a fast, reliable worker, and am quite keen on transparent communication. Generally, I tend to successfully finish the vast majority of my projects within 48 hours of being hired; the slightly 'bigger' projects can be done within a week's time. I have been active on proz.com for a while now and I am keen to increase the number of my projects. So far the clients I have worked for have been very satisfied with my services.
