Which music are you listening to now, in 2021? Mar 11, 2021

Usually go for R&B when I'm working or studying, and pop music when I'm exercising or doing nothing.

It's amazing the overwhelming sound they create with only 3 members (IMHO):

Scottish bands Mar 14, 2021

I see that Simple Minds is very popular here. Not particularly my cup of tea. I thought I might as well share some of my favorite Scottish bands.
As a person who was introduced to Deep Purple and Iron Maiden at the tender age of 8 by my cousin, who is 10 years older than me, I'm ashamed to admit that I've discovered this band relatively recently (where would we be without GTA IV radio stati

Nazareth - Hair of the Dog
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nn7AnxAw2Jk&ab_channel=Nazareth-Topic
Such a great song and singer
Texas - Say What You Want
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5n1mfhFBYdg&ab_channel=Texas
This one is not for everybody, but it goes great with headphones on and taking certain 'substances' (or what Ozzie calls the 'sweet leaf')
The Cosmic Dead - Father Sky, Mother Earth
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dj1o1v6OVQs&t=657s&ab_channel=patbateman26
Again, this is not for everybody. Very heavy stuff, but a hidden gem for those interested in proto metal and doom rock
Iron Claw - Skullcrusher - 1970

Adagio Mar 14, 2021

This version is from Il Divo, a multi-national classical crossover vocal group: Adagio (Live Video)

Lara Fabian has in my opinion also one of the best voices on this planet: Lara Fabian - Adagio (Video)

De qué me sirve la vida Mar 16, 2021

Today I discovered this song by the Mexican pop-rock group Camila: De qué me sirve la vida

According to Google Translate, "De qué me sirve la vida" means "What good is life to me" in English or "Was nützt mir das Leben?" in German.
