Hello,
I am hoping someone from SDL will read this. When I log in to my SDL account and try to access to certain areas (I wanted to go to the Downloads section), a "Complete Registration" window pops up and prevents me to go further because "my VAT number is not valid". I just checked it on the VIES system and it is valid. I tried to contact SDL through the site but didn't succeed.

I got the answer below on the forum suggested by Samuel, and it worked:
To log in to your SDL account successfully please remove the VAT from the popup window and check the terms and conditions. Afterwards, you will be allowed to login to your SDL account and once in there go to Account tab>Account details section. In there you can add the VAT again and save the changes.
