"The Transferee shall prepare its Solvency II balance sheet as at the Effective Date, showing the impact of the Scheme on the Transferee's balance sheet (the Actual EDSI Statement) and shall deliver such balance sheet to the Transferor together with such supporting documentation as the Transferor may reasonably request. The Actual EDSI (Effective Date Scheme Impact) Statement shall be prepared in a form similar to the Estimated EDSI Statement, using the same accounting policies and practices as were used in providing the information underlying the Estimated EDSI Statement and shall include **loss funds**.
