Liane Poost Oct 11, 2016:
okay, fine.
HilaryS (asker) Oct 11, 2016:
Just got the answer, it really is grams/metre.
Liane Poost Oct 11, 2016:
And now you are hoping for an answer (endlessly).
HilaryS (asker) Oct 11, 2016:
Well, I had the same thought, so I asked them if that was the translation they wanted.
Liane Poost Oct 11, 2016:
grams/metre is similar to amount of removed material. So it could be right.
Though, it's a stupid unit, ....and then they will blame the translator.

HilaryS (asker) Oct 11, 2016:
Thank you for replying, this translation has proved unusually difficult and every thought helps. Through discussions in the other questions it seems that it refers to the amount milled off in grams/metre.
Liane Poost Oct 11, 2016:
I assume:
Fräsbogen = the width of material that is being milled off
Wirkung = is the depth of removed material

But that's just a guess. "gm" also doesn't make sense.
HilaryS (asker) Oct 10, 2016:
This could just be "effect" of weight added in grams. Not sure
