Spanish term

ingresos

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Law (general) Financial Manual

PEPS (primeras entradas primeras salidas) FFIFO (First In First Out) y
UEPS (últimas entradas primeras salidas) LIFO (Last in Fiirst Out)

Desde ya, agradezco su ayuda.

Saludos

Gracias.
Peer comment(s):

agree Meridy Lippoldt : Yes you could describe it as incoming and outgoing merchandise according to how inventory gets priced.

Thanks Meridy. Stay safe!
agree Robert Carter : SAP I believe uses "inbound deliveries/goods"; I think "reporte de entrada" might refer to Richard's idea of "receipt".

The National Clearance Hub (NCH) handles the movement of third country goods and processes goods transiting the UK or EU. We process around 360,000 import and export declarations each year. The service is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

The NCH is also responsible for the control and amendment of entries after clearance. This service is available from 9am to 5:00pm.

receipts

Entradas al almacen - warehouse receipts, warehouse material receipts.

Apparently, "ingresos" is being used instead of "Entradas" in the source language text. Your reference to FIFO and LIFO is for inventories.

Hope this helps.

Spanish term (edited): ingresos; un ingreso

goods in/wards; an intake thereof

I am guessing that what we used in UK export practice won't 'sound right' on this list.

Salidas: goods out/wards; non-film outtakes doesn't work.
Example sentence:

Goods-in; Goods Inward; Goods Intake; Goods-in Manager; Goods-in Supervisor; Goods-in Team Leader

I think that INPUT may be a good translation that was the meaning I was looking for .. thank you and good luck sir
Note from asker:
Thanks Bruno, but I think that income does not apply to this context.
It is about goods/items coming in and out of the warehouse.

Some ideas:

You have a couple issues and assume that the phrases between asterisks are the troubling ones:

- **bienes que ingresen** > goods entering/inbound goods from xxxx (or as you said "incoming goods").

- Para cada ingreso se debe generar un reporte de entrada - For each **item received**, an entry report must be generated- While this may be a strange use, I based this on this link:
https://dictionary.cambridge.org/us/dictionary/english-spani...
[ uncountable ] formal
the act of receiving
ingreso [ masculine, singular ]

- Todos los "ingresos" > all the intems received must be supported with an invoice XXX
"salidas" > outbound goods.
