A Portuguese experienced translator and editor, working as a full-time freelancer. I have more than 20 years experience and hundreds of published translations, ranging from general fiction to bioethics and medical or computer sciences. I also worked in a Software house translating the company’s website and applications (html, scripts, etc.). Experienced in legal translations (contracts, insurance, incorporations, deeds, etc).

Normal rate: Eur 0.06 per source word.
For large volume/regular work: Eur 0.05 per word. Proofreading at Eur 0.015 per word. No minimum charges for small jobs, but maximum rate of Eur 0.06 applies.
