I am a Japanese to English translator, and I work with clients who need quality, accurate, and knowledgable Japanese to English translations of technical documents, educational material, and media. I also translate business communications and marketing materials. I work with individuals or businesses for whom professional and well-written English communications are imperative to their progress. 

I have lived and worked in Japan for several years, where I attended college for Japanese language, science, and mathematics. There, I opened and operated an English school for children and my own private translation business. I have translated for university hospitals' research presentations, large museum exhibitions, marketing campaigns for businesses, and electronics manufacturers. 

I do content writing for the web and for a Japanese music podcast for fun, and I've recently started learning to program after a long break from it.
