Bio
To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Mary Lee Behar and I am a recent graduate of UCLA in the department of French. During the six years that I was at UCLA I took almost all the pre-med classes and became nearly fluent in French, Italian, and Romanian. I have been studying French since 8th grade and am competent in 17th century, modern, business and medical French. The Spanish I know I learned at home, not in school; I know enough to communicate and even to read and write. Having worked in an academic environment (for 8 years) and in a medical environment (for 9 years), I have used my languages in multiple settings and am looking for a job that will value all the languages and skills that I have to offer. My short-term goals include getting a translation or interpretation based job and preparing for the court interpreter's written test (coming up in May). Thank you for your consideration. I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Mary Lee Behar
