Source text - English It is estimated that $30 trillion of global corporate debt is due to mature within the next five years and the refinancing of it will present an unprecedented challenge for issuers and borrowers.
For many companies, an even more important factor will be the incremental impact of corporate funding requirements (estimated at a further $13 trillion to $16 trillion) for mergers & acquisitions, expansion into emerging markets, working capital and capital expenditure.
Recent studies show many borrowers have vastly underestimated the amount of indebtedness that will come to market in the next three years.
It is important not to be complacent or assume that financings and refinancings will be a formality.
While market windows to raise debt and equity can open and shut very quickly without warning, as they have during the past few years, some of your refinancing options require advance preparation to be ready to take advantage of an open window.

Dynamic: Intensifies clarity and sound presence for better intelligibility and musical realism by using the BBE High definition Sound System.
Dolby Virtual: Uses the TV speakers to simulate the surround effect produced by a multi channel system.
Tips
You can change sound effect by pressing 9 repeatedly.
If you set Auto Volume to On, Effect automatically changes to Natural.
