How to change the colour of the Translation results window bar

I would need help in order to change the colour of the bar in the Translation results window (yellow bar, predefined, changing to orange when the translation does not match with the TM.
I need to change slightly that colour because it is barely visible and that would help improv my quality and speed.

I hope my issue is clear.

I am not exactly sure which bar you mean but have you tried

Options > Editor > Translation Results Window

There are some settings there to change the formatting.
