I'm British but translating for a U.S. client. It is about a 3 room apartment in a larger building. Although the term "real estate" is understood in the UK, we invariably use "property" (or "land and property") instead. Is there a kind US colleague who could tell me whether an expression such as "the boundaries of the property" is odd or incorrect in the States?
