los bornes terminales enchufables 6,35 mm

Spanish to English Tech/Engineering Engineering (general) industrial manufacturing
2 questions: a)bornes terminals mean the same thing no?
b)the full phrase is:
se dispondrá de un cabezal roscado que se soldará a la funda de la resistencia y se dispondrán los bornes terminales enchufables 6,35 mm con un cierre epoxi.
What does 6.35mm refer to?

plugs at 6.35 mm or 6.35 mm plugs

a) bornes = terminales (three lines for the equal symbol)
b) Who knows? that's what it says.
Very likely is the distance between the plugs, otherwise it could be the diameter of the stem (small, indeed)
