It depends on the rest of the context. If you are a student or taking a test, know that without context there is no correct answer..can you please supply context?

I tell you, I just wouldn't have believed it, if I hadn't seen it (for) myself. :-)

Another option, which used to be heard more often here in the States (especially among older women), might be "Well, I have never..."

although it sort of depends on the context ...
