Alaa Zeineldine Sep 1, 2005:
Thank you Sam. The question is now reopened.
Sam Berner (asker) Sep 1, 2005:
I agree Sorry, as Alaa said, Australia has just woken up. Please take any necessary steps to upgrade the response.
Alaa Zeineldine Aug 31, 2005:
FYI - Since Sam is down under in Australia, she probably had not had a chance yet to realize the mix up. I sent her email earlier asking her approval to ungrade the question.
Sami Khamou Aug 31, 2005:
My concern was to make sure the asker got the right translation. I agree, at least to put the glossary right.
Alaa Zeineldine Aug 31, 2005:
-- as the moderator for this pair, I can ungrade an answer and allow you to choose a different one, but both, the asker and answerer must first agree. I don't think I will have a problem from the answerer! So I just need Sam to agree
Alaa Zeineldine Aug 31, 2005:

environmental trade

The term refers to trading activity that conforms to internationally agreed upon Environmental Trade restrictions meant to nudge trade in a direction that helps environmental protection. An example is increased tariffs on Carbon products. The PDF link below sheds some light on the subject.
