In the context of spectrograms and titration:
Bei der Mikrotitration mit 0.1n Tetramethyammoniumhydroxid bzw. 0.1n HCl in Methylcellosolve-Wasser 8:2 wurde keine Stufe erhalten.
Is this a 'layer', "level"?

inflection point (shoulder)
"Stufe" is rather unusual in this context.
I think it refers to an inflection point (shoulder) in the titration. It could also be an equivalence point.

On second thoughts, it is unlikely to refer to an equivalence point as there must be one there (otherwise the titration would be pointless). So I'd go for inflection point (IP)
