Spanish term

rasanteado

Spanish to English Tech/Engineering Engineering (general) ground preparation
"humectación, extendido y rasanteado, terminado de la tierra".
This is a process that they do to prepare the dirt/land for construction, it seems to be term mostly used in Spain.

leveling

al ras: level, even, flush

rasante: grade, grade line (the degree of slope or inclination of a road)

I would go with "leveling", which is the final stage before paving a road or starting any kind of construction work.
