not for grading (English only) Explanation: the English here is questionable, but my understanding is that this employee and the manager are rotating shifts to provide 24-hour coverage for a project back-to-back (mainly American) back-to-back events happen one after the other. He appeared in three back-to-back interviews on television last night. His idea of a good time is to go to three French movies back-to-back. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 3 hrs (2006-07-15 19:40:29 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- after your added note: in continuous 4-week shifts travailler (avec le chef de projet) en rotations/périodes de 4 semaines Reference: http://idioms.thefreedictionary.com/back-to-back |
