umowa ubezpieczeniowa dla banków
np. (ubezpieczenie od) "utraty lub uszkodzenia Walorów z jakiejkolwiek przyczyny, gdy znajdowały się one w transporcie pod pieczą Ubezpieczonego", albo "W przypadku nie uznania powstania szkody w walorach objętych ochroną ubezpieczeniową, co do zasadności lub wysokości, Ubezpieczeniowy będzie miał prawo...". Generalnie rozumiem, że walory obejmują akcje, gotówkę, ale też np. towary... angielski termin 'valors' jednak mnie nie przekonuje. Co więc? Po prostu assets? Z góry dzięki!

| Dziękuję. Chodzi tu jednak nie ogólnie o aktywa/ruchomości, ale o różnego rodzaju dokumenty finansowe i papiery wartościowe (tracące wartość w momencie zniszczenia). Więc może property jest zbyt szerokie. |
| Dodam, że akurat w tej umowie nie mam mowy o walorach jako o towarach i ich znaczenie jest ograniczone raczej do instrumentów finansowych. To, że termin ten (ogólnie) obejmuje też niekiedy towary, wziąłem z innego źródła. |
