English term

In witness whereof and for purposes of certifying the foregoing,

English to French Law/Patents Law (general) Notarial Certification
Good morning all,

I am translating a notarial certification and at the end of the document, above the signature of the Notary Public, is the following sentence :

In witness whereof and for purposes of certifying the foregoing, (I affix my signature and Notary Public seal)

Does anyone know the exact sentence in French ?

Thank you in advance
