Esta argumentación carece de relevancia alguna y es que si bien esta parte no discute este hecho, ello no le otorga ningún derecho para registrar la marca ahora solicitada, que no se denomina únicamente "XXXX", sino que está formada por un conjunto denominativo totalmente diferente, "XXXX XXXXX", lo que demuestra que precisamente trata de registrar lo que no tiene (DRAPE), dando lugar a una marca que colisiona en su denominación con las marcas prioritarias de mi representada "XXXXXX".
