4.3.1 It is forbidden for the President to take, in whatever form, loans from the Company, to obtain from the Company an overdraft, or to obtain from the Company a guarantee or endorsement for its obligations to third parties.

The Shareholders shall pass a resolution approving each of such agreements at the same time as they take their collective decision on the financial statements for such fiscal year. The Shareholders shall not be entitled to vote with respect to the approval of an agreement for which it is a party or as referred to in such paragraph.

Effectivement, ce n'est pas très clair... Je pense qu'il doit s'agir d'un alinéa aux termes duquel est mentionné un droit de vote relatif à l'approbation d'un accord. Donc, peut-être, "aux termes d'un alinéa y afférent"... Sans grande conviction toutefois. :)
