Spanish term

1. Poder con que actuó

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) case for payment of promissory note
the whole thing reads:
"Me permito anexar los siguientes documentos:
1. Poder con que actuó
2. Escrito de medidas cautelares
3. Certificado de los intereses de la superintendencia bancaria" and so it goes on. I just don't understand what the phrase means, is it talking about power of attorney, or perhaps it means "the power with which he/she acted"??
