Spanish term

se enfrenta con rabia

Spanish to English Other Ships, Sailing, Maritime race commentary
The errant punctuation and use of capitals are not down to me:)
"...porque nuestro equipo es fuerte…. Agresivo…. Y Profesional…. Pero sobre todo….. esta unido
Incluso en los momentos en los que el viento rompe el barco o lesiona a algún tripulante En ese momento el equipo se concentra… y **se enfrenta con rabia***…, sacando los mejores resultados frente a los rivales más fuertes.

faces them with fury

I think this works, a little less literal translation would be "it faces them defiantly."
Note from asker:
I lke "defiantly" but will wait and see what else comes in, cheers AF :)

fights with a fury

sometimes it would be appropriate (such as in advertisements) to use the term " Fights to the finish. I think this is another way that would convey the proper meaning, though not a direct translation of the source term. Some ideas...good luck!
