Spanish term

domicilio técnico

Spanish to English Law/Patents
Hola ColegaZ:
Es una S.A.
Ya figura un domicilio legal.
No me gusta "Technical Domicile/Office".
¿Saben de alguna otra forma de decirlo?
Gracias de antemano

technical domicile/office

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer.

Technical Service Address

or Customer Service Address

domicile

"Domicilio", unmodified, means one's domicile as determined by one's residence and lack of intention to change residence. "Domicilio legal" (legal domicile) typically is a special domicile agreed by contract or specified by another document.

I've never seen "domicilio tecnico". Presumably it's used just to distinguish from "domicilio legal". I suppose it wouldn't hurt to refer to it as "technical domicile", but I'd be inclined to just use "domicile".

neutral Robert INGLEDEW : At least in the USA, and specially in the case of Sears, the technical service is taken care of at a DIFFERENT address than where you buy something. However, there may be exceptions.

I guess I'd agree if we were talking about addresses. But the text addresses [ :) ] domicile, not address. More context might help.
