Honestly, I've been trying to add more context (as requested), but the main thing is that there is a theme, and the evidence is like shotgun pellets that rain down on one--not a lot of context for any given sentence, but a weaving of a basic argument from many sentences. One remaining question: are the "decisions" judicial decisions or investment decisions? I think it's the latter, and I'd like to clarify that in the text if it is. ¡Saludos!
