: People are not "addressed;" they have addresses. "Domicile" is legal address, and applies to juridical persons. This is a birth certificate.// What I mean is that "lugar de domicilio" means city or district, and is not the same as "address."

Tks for the comment, "with address at" sounds better. Oxford Dictionary: "domicile": dwelling-place, place where a person lives permanently. I think a "birth certificate" applies to a legal context. Look at the link regarding the word "domicile".
