agree Nelida Kreer : Any of both variants. Also "at the aforementioned...". Your turn of phrase sounds the most idiomatic.

Thanks a mil, Niki-K!-I also agree with your suggestion.
agree Heidi C : this is formulaic language, any of both variants work perfectly. It is not something you can try and "guess" a literal translation. Saludos :) Acapulquito!!! en diciembre voy!!!

domiciled / with address at
Peer comment(s):

agree Mónica Sauza : whose address
1 min
Yes, "with address at" is better. Tks and have a nice weekend.
disagree María Eugenia Wachtendorff : People are not "addressed;" they have addresses. "Domicile" is legal address, and applies to juridical persons. This is a birth certificate.// What I mean is that "lugar de domicilio" means city or district, and is not the same as "address."

Tks for the comment, "with address at" sounds better. Oxford Dictionary: "domicile": dwelling-place, place where a person lives permanently. I think a "birth certificate" applies to a legal context. Look at the link regarding the word "domicile".

neutral esmeralda10 : I think you mean "appearing parties." Not sure the word "appearers" exists.

Appearer: One who appears. Webster's Revised Unabridged Dictionary, published 1913 by C. & G. Merriam Co. You may also search the Kudoz glossary. I learned this word in my business English classes in college.
neutral Heidi C : I have never seen appearer used like this in a properly written legal document (be it originally in English or translated). And the wording and syntax of the original paragraph is standard formulaic legal language. It is appearing party

Hi Heidi. If I had the time I would look for some of the source contracts I have seen this term in. Whenever I do, I will open a forum thread :)
