Stuck again....not a good day!!!!
"15 nouvelles sociétés sont présentes en janvier sur ce secteur qui attire autant la prescription internationale à la recherche d’univers marqués que les boutiques en quête d’originalité"

international decision-makers in search of brand names
Explanation:
As in, the sector attracts these decision-makers (or even "buyers") as well as boutiques, tho' hard to know exactly without a bit more context.

I've sometimes come across "prescription" being used - wrongly I imagine - instead of "prescipteurs", that's what I see this text doing.

international orders for designer label creations/established names

Explanation:
A guess, which may only serve to make your day even worse than it is.

I'm using the sense prescription has for orders/instructions and that in a fashion context these may be orders for the creations of the leading designers. So what they (seem) to be saying is that this attracts in equal measure the big players on the look out for the creations of established designer labels as smaller players looking for something more "individual".

Obviously, context will be everything regarding how appropriate these terms are.

neutral  Emma Paulay: I agree with the first part. I don't think "presciption" is used wrongly here, it's just what the "prescripteurs" do, i.e. recommend or influence.

international fashion leaders looking for distinctive concepts

Explanation:
"Prescription internationale" - the movers and shakers of the fashion industry - influencers if you like.

"univers" - usually "world" of course, but worlds sounds strange to me. I think "concept" fits the meaning here.

"marqué" - I think it means outstanding/distinctive here, not branding.

attracts all those around the world who have been recommended to make a name for themselves

Explanation:
Hello,

la prescription = those recommended?
univers marqués = a world where they are noticed

The sentence is very unclear, to say the least.

I sure hope I won't make your day any worse than it already is.
