international orders for designer label creations/established names Explanation: A guess, which may only serve to make your day even worse than it is. I'm using the sense prescription has for orders/instructions and that in a fashion context these may be orders for the creations of the leading designers. So what they (seem) to be saying is that this attracts in equal measure the big players on the look out for the creations of established designer labels as smaller players looking for something more "individual". Obviously, context will be everything regarding how appropriate these terms are. |

international decision-makers in search of brand names Explanation: As in, the sector attracts these decision-makers (or even "buyers") as well as boutiques, tho' hard to know exactly without a bit more context. I've sometimes come across "prescription" being used - wrongly I imagine - instead of "prescipteurs", that's what I see this text doing. |
