This is from a list of required workshop equipment to become an acredited repairer for a Japanese vehicle manufacturer. I believe it to be some sort of rig onto which the damaged vehicle is lifted and which enables measurements/corrections to be made to very precise measurements.

autoliner??
As I recall (from many years ago) in the days when cars were built on chassis there used to be a piece of kit called an autoliner which hydraulically stretched and pushed bent chassis back into shape. What such an alignment/measurement rig is called these days I have no idea.

The relevant results of my search, in order. First find a synonym and work from that. This took me to a reference to a manufacturer, Car-O-Liner, very similar to Chris's "autoliner", and on the manufacturer's site we find "draw aligner".
