Не могу сформулировать по-русски. Тут суть в том, что компания должна платит Макрософт за всякие несоответствия всяким условиям. То есть в этом пункте должны платить по 150 долл. США за каждого пользователя, из того количества пользователей, на которое Пользовательская система настроена. Так?
