The Contract provides that following exchange of Contracts, the Seller will serve a Notice in the form attached to the Contract on the landlord requesting a Lease extension under Section 42 of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993.
La landlord is permitted to do this having owned the property for a period in excess of two years.
Under the provisions of the Act, **it is possible for the benefit of the Notice to be assigned to** a subsequent purchaser and this is provided for in the Contract and the draft Purchase deed.

Non capisco bene il significato di "for the befit of the notice":
"Ai sensi delle disposizioni di detta Legge, la Notifica può essere trasferita ad un acquirente successivo" (???)
