Peter, Corrosion pits or corrosion pitting.
Rust spots? Could it be rust spots? I'm assuming the blade is made of some kind of metal. This is the DRAE definition for "picaduras": Agujero, grietas, etc., producidos por la herrumbre en una superficie metálica.
