It clearly means Support 5.1, but it could also be used to mention about a version or release. For example Version 5.1 or Release 5.1. So it really depends on the context.

It's the name of a person's tasks within the enterprise. I don't have any context, just that, for example: "Mr. Michael XXX. Support 5.1.", This person maintains the intranet, updates it, etc...and that intranet, web services of the enterprise compose the "support 5.1", but...no idea how to translate it!!!!
