Buenos días,
Estoy traduciendo una escritura pública de otorgamiento de poder especial y en los insertos del documento se habla de “facultades generales y facultades especiales”. En los diccionarios que he revisado se encuentran el poder y facultad igual como “power”.
Me gustaría saber qué términos puedo usar para facultades y no confundirlas con el poder. Igualmente no estoy seguro del término “insert” que encontré para inserto. Espero que puedan ayudarme, muchas gracias:
