Italian term

castellato

Italian to English Tech/Engineering Materials (Plastics, Ceramics, etc.) Bathroom fittings
This is from a PowerPoint presentation, so there's very little context. It's a caption underneath a picture of what looks like a ceramic bathroom fitting, though I can't identify what it is. It says:

Brida chiusa – tassellata/castellata
Assenza cavità e smaltatura totale
Facilità di pulizia

We've already had brida:

Note from asker:
Thanks very much, Sonia. I did think of this, but it doesn't fit the appearance of the object. I'm not sounding very grateful, am I?
