German translation: Leistungs- und Gesundheitsdatensystem

English term or phrase: performance and medical platform
This is a system/product, where various data sources are evaluated to monitor and improve the performance of athletes and minimise injuries, along with lots of other features.

Seems so easy, but I am stuck... My problem is to squeeze this into a nice short term - as this is the main idea of the text, it appears over and over again. And because perfomance = Leistung is a noun in German and medical = medizinisch is an adjective, I just can't get them wrapped up nicely...

Examples:
'(Sports) performance and medical platform'
'performance and medical system'
The terms also appear individually:
'performance software'

Maybe someone else is having a better Monday than I am :-))

Asker: Good idea! I like the idea of just creating a whole new term, maybe that is the only way. But I am not sure about Profi, because the system could be used for amateur athletes as well...
