Arabic term

القوة البرهانية

Arabic to English Law/Patents Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs
I am translating a "دفتر عائلي" issued in Algeria. On the first page there is a description of the family book then another paragraph entitled "القوة البرهانية للدفتر العائلي" which reads as follows:
تكتسي كل البيانات ونسخ العقود والشهادات المتضمنة في الدفتر العائلي صفة القوة البرهانية التي تكتسيها نسخ عقود وشهادات الحالة المدنية طبقاً للمادة 45 من القانون المدني.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you

Validity / stand as valid and operative as

My understanding of the sentence is that "the information and data set out in the family book shall have the same validity as the civil status certificates issued pursuant to a law.

or "......shall stand / be valid and operative as ..... "

Hope this serves the targeted meaning

If the meaning here is substantially reliant on the word "proof", I would suggest using: "....shall have the same evidential power as/of ...."

neutral Akram Darwish : dear Kolya, I don't believe reasoning has to do with the sentence. Thanks
