Hello everyone,
The whole sentence is part of a Lease and reads as follows " the benefit and burden of this Agreement and of the Deposit shall follow the reversion" and then goes on saying that the Landlord can assign the agreement. I do not know this concept of reversion. Any idea or suggestion? Many thanks in advance for your precious help!
