must, unfermented grape juice Explanation: :) -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 30 mins (2011-02-22 20:31:37 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Lydia, "must" is the expressed juice of fruit (b)and especially grapes(/b) before and during fermentation. You can use the term with other fruits as well. "Wort" is more appropriate for crushed herbs. In the case of sugar cane, I would use "must," since the final product will be rum. |
