Spanish Other Religion PARISH BULLETIN
, I have come to understand that this little one’s placement in our lives is a real symbol of God’s affirmation of our welcome, tolerance, non- judgmentalism and openness to all people.

una apreciación no crítica (de la conducta humana)

I think that that "no crítica" is more accurate than "imparcialidad" here as "imparcialidad" would refer to not making a distinction between two people on the basis of their race, or other factors; on the other hand, the concept of non-judgmentalism is related to not being judged in general, regardless of one's race, religion or status.
The ideas behind non-judgmental views of human behavior are closely linked to theories such as the "liberation theory."

In Biblical Greek, the term "impartial" literally translates to: "not looking at faces", transmitting the idea that impartiality is based on one's view of the outer appearance or visible characteristics of another person.
