As per .. service delivery location (country) is . 'Legalese' is always subject to peculiarities of expression formed in its particular country of origin - hence US / UK / Australian / South African legal terms are often very different. Need to be familiar with the 'legalese' of the country you're translating for - this/my suggestion would work if 'Australian legalese' were required. Please proceed:)

I'm surprised you're not familiar with the legal definition of performance: the fulfillment of one's obligations required by contract./ This IS the legal term.

Really- how do you explain the above then? Healthcare doesn't come in an envelope or postal packet, does it?
