As opposed to "team sports." My attempt is "deportes individuales," but I'm not sure it conveys the whole concept. Please see context below:
"Lifetime sports are open to just about anyone, with less regard for age, physical condition, team participation, time constraints, and sometimes - athletic ability. Some examples of individual lifetime sports are: running, walking, bowling, hiking, cycling, swimming, and golf. Like team sports, lifetime sports can provide personal health benefits for children, such as: reducing anxiety and stress, controlling obesity, and building a strong body. Lifetime sports have social benefits because multiple children can still play as a group, without requiring a team. For children who aren’t interested in team sports or for families that don’t have time for routine practices required by some team sports, a lifetime sport is an option to consider."

Errr... I'm not sure "lifetime sports" is the opposite of "team sports".

I'd translate it as "deportes para todas las edades", although some people prefer the less concise form "deportes que se pueden practicar durante toda la vida".
But shorter is better.
