This is in an invoice from a consulting firm. "Technical hours" doesn't mean anything to me in English, although this is the expression used in Brazilian websites in "English". Any suggestions?

Specialized repair/recuperating (of data) technical assistance, which is charged per hour . This is how I read it.

Asker: Thanks, but this seems to refer to tax consulting. I would readily use "technical assistance" if we were talking about data recovery or the suchlike, but this seems to refer the advice provided by accounts and tax lawyers and "technical" doesn't feel natural in this case.
