"...its management comes under/falls within the legal support(?) of the law governing non-profit organisations and associations'? For the UK. Thanks!

it is run in accordance with the provisions of...
Explanation:
...followed by whatever you are going to call the law or act.

I think versions closer to the terms of the original sound very stilted and awkward, and that this is a reasonably natural way of saying what it actually means.

There's no need to put "legal provisions" for "sustentación legal", since the law is mentioned just afterwards, though you could; "legal" is redundant really.

Just seen that Simon suggested "running" before me. I think it's better than "management", though that would be OK. But mainly I think it works much better with a verb than a noun: simpler and clearer in English.

Some people don't like "in accordance with". I think it works well, but if you prefer you could simplify even further and say "run according to".

Ah, in that case I suppose "management" will have to suffice. The only other option I can think of is "running". Anyway my main point is you can dispense with "legally supported" or the like, because "falls with the framework" implies exactly that.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks, Simon. 'Wordy' indeed, and a few full stops here and there wouldn´t go amiss either. The problem with using 'administration' here is that it is mentioned further on in the sentence, "para su administración cuenta con una Junta Directiva Central..."

para sustentación legal, también puedes utilizar "legal basis"
