The 'investeringsstab' is a unit within the Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation. Stab is a weird word in Norwegian, often translated to staff, which comes out all wrong. It is always used in a military setting, and could as easily be translated to 'non-fighting unit'. Non-fighting investment unit doesn't sould like something I would back with hard-earned funds, however.
