English to French Law/Patents Law (general)

I'm translating a will from English to French and having problem understanding and translating the following:
My trustees shall have the following powers:
To make payments to the parent or guardian or guardians of any beneficiary under this Will without seeing to the application of such payments"

I take it to mean that they can make the payments without further application to a court?
So:
Mes fiduciaires auront les pouvoirs suivants :
De faire des paiements au parent ou au/x tuteurs de tout bénéficiaire de ce Testament sans demander aucune autorisation desdits paiements"
Maybe there's a more formal way of expressing it?
